Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 day. If the product is delivered to our courier, we can not cancel the order. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
Conditions for Returns
Return of fragile items is only elligible in case of a damaged item. The item has to be:
● purchased in the last 2-3 days
● is in the original packaging
The following can not be returned
● Items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
● Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, fragile items that may deteriorate rapidly
● Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items or sets.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange policy
You are eligible to exchange your purchased items with other items within 7 days from your purchase. You are responsible of packaging the items and delivering them back to us undamaged or send them to our address at NNO Home Decor, The Market Mall, New Cairo, Egypt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
